Mechanical Dummy

Earlier today, I was working on a beat but really wasn’t feeling the way it was coming out.  I knew I needed to take a break and come back to it later, so I threw on Kevin Hart's standup "Seriously Funny."  After a few chuckles in front of the tube, I decided to try plugging in my voice on the next beat and get silly with it.  I also thought about all of the ideas you all have been sending me: “Give me something I can dance too” or “Make something South” or “I need a smash”  The sounds I chose for the melody really stood out and just clicked creatively.  As I continued to work, the drums came to life in front of me.  Have fun with it!
